What is Emotion Coaching?

Emotion coaching is a guided process that helps you understand, regulate, and manage your emotions more effectively.

Many of us find ourselves stuck in a state of fight or flight, constantly reacting to stress and challenges without the ability to pause and reflect. Emotional coaching provides you with the tools to break free from this cycle, allowing you to return to a state of calm where you can think clearly and make better decisions.

Through my coaching  you will  learn to recognize your emotional triggers, and activations. Understand your responses, and develop strategies to manage them. It’s about discovering your emotional barometer—an inner guide that helps you navigate life’s ups and downs with resilience and clarity.

 

One On One Sessions - Starting @ $75 per 30mins

In our one-on-one sessions, we dive straight to the root of what you’re feeling in the moment. Together, we’ll address your struggles head-on and create a personalized plan that starts helping you immediately. As your coach, I’ll equip you with the tools to make real, lasting changes. Group Workshops - Starting at $100 per person

 With small groups of 10, and lasting 3-5hrs. My group workshops are designed with a unique, level-based setup that turns personal growth into a game you’ll want to play. Together, we’ll embark on a journey where each session builds on the last, helping you with your emotional intelligence in a fun and interactive way. 

Self-Guided Resources

Trust me, this isn’t homework. I’ve created and developed resources that you can access at your own pace. These self-guided tools are designed with the same unique, level-based setup as my group workshops, allowing you to work through them in a way that fits your schedule.

How does Emotions coaching differ from traditional talk therapy?

Emotions coaching is more focused on helping individuals understand and manage their emotions.  Using self awareness and practicing regulating tools, we will emphasize in building emotional intelligence and resilience..

Should I be Skeptical in participating in a MEN's Emotions workshop?

Yes.  😊 Thank you for feeling. That is step one.  

I have a couple questions to ask yourself before you reach out to see if it’s a good fit.

  1. Would I be open to learning in a new, possibly uncomfortable, but brave and respectful space?
  2. Would I benefit in learning with like minded brave souls who also want to be the change and lead a new expression for men in society?
  3. Would I benefit from exploring emotions, how they work in the body, regulating tools, and studying better communication practices?
Have I talked to other men about starting an Emotions Workshop?

Yes.  The Majority have skeptically agreed it is an area they would like to explore and wish there were more options out there to support them.  Which is why I have created my workshops. 😊
